Q. When will I receive my order?

A. Ordering online insures more accurate processing of your order. We fulfill your order within 2-3 days of receipt of the email order. Orders are shipped based on the type of delivery option you selected when you completed your order transaction. We ship via USPS and UPS from our offices in Kona, Hawaii.

Q. Does Bob Fitts Music ship overseas?

A. Yes! You can have your order shipped anywhere in the world. Rates are based on the ship-to location and are calculated when you complete your order transaction.

Q. Can I return my products if I am not satisfied?

A. CDs may only be returned if they are still in the factory-sealed shrink-wrap. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a prompt exchange or refund. You order will contain full instructions on returning product.
